Safety Inspections
- A visual inspection of your home, inside and out, for loose, missing or damaged devices and plates.
- Any GFCI or AFCI device will be tested to ensure safe operation.
- Light fixtures, switches, and receptacles will be tested to ensure proper functionality.
- The electrical panel will be inspected to make sure electrical breakers are sized correctly, grounding is right, and nothing is loose
- Appliances will be checked to ensure proper circuit sizing
- All problems or concerns found will be written up in a detailed report. There is no pressure to repair anything immediately.
- If you do decide to make an electrical repair, a qualified electrician will professionally complete the task at our competitive service rates. Many repairs can take place immediately following the inspection.
